Refund & Return Policy – Verrano Watches
At Verrano Watches, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. Every watch is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our facility.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including the watch box, warranty card, and all accessories.

You’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

A Return Authorization Number (RMA)

Detailed instructions and the return shipping address
⚠️ Please do not send any items back without receiving return approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video.
We’ll evaluate the issue and replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Watches showing signs of wear or adjustment (e.g., resized bands, scratches, or used links)

Limited edition or custom engraved pieces

Gift cards or promotional items

Final sale items (clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page)
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your watch for a different model, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@verranowatches.com.
International Orders
For international customers, return shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed for the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.
