ORDER

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply select the watch you’d like, add it to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details and payment information, and submit the order.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can use that to monitor your shipment in real time.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel by emailing us at support@verranowatches.com. Once the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation or return of the shipping costs.


PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

RETURNS & REFUND
